Amazing place to train! It is perfect, as it works for anyone's work schedule. There are early and late classes for multiple practices. The choice is really up to you on what you would like to focus on. Coach David is an amazing teacher. He understands what level of skill you are at, and works with you to help improve your knowledge. He is very approachable and knowledgeable on what he does. Not only is it an awesome workout but you gain knowledge on self defense! Give it a try
